Custom & Made-to-Order
Pieces produced to custom specifications (COM, COL, bespoke dimensions, special finishes) are final sale. Your concierge will confirm all custom specifications in writing before production begins.
Damaged in Transit
Every piece is inspected by your delivery team prior to placement. Any damage discovered at the point of delivery is repaired or replaced at our cost — typically within 14 days.
